We strategize of how both companies benefit for partnering; meet our client’s needs.

Public Law 108-183 A Service-Disabled Owned firms enables to receive sole source and restricted competition contracts for goods and services used by the U.S. government. PL 106-50 establishes a 3 percent federal-wide procurement goal for SDVOB contract & subcontract participation.

Joint Venture – As a CVE certified SDVOSB, EM SURV complies with 13 CFR § 125.18(b)(2)(ii).

We currently partner with small and large business.

Can you sole source to EM SURV?

Answer: The Veterans Benefit Act of 2003 allows you to sole source up to $5 million for manufacturing contracts and $3 million for other contracts from SDVOBs, if you believe they are “a responsible contractor”, you do not believe that other SDVOBs “will submit offers for the contracting opportunity” and you believe “the contract award can be made at a fair and reasonable price.”  Our services are priced competitively.

A Partner that is committed to providing excellent Performance, Innovation, Solutions to mission challenges.
